There will be times in life when we will be faced with challenges and disappointments. Let downs even heartbreaks are all part of this life experience. Although we may be forced to face these challenges do not get swallowed up in the hurt and emotional distress.
I know some heart aches cut deeper than others, your feelings are valid however you are not your emotions and you are worth getting beyond the hurt and pain. Know that even though you might not be able to see a way out. A way can be made out of no way.
Away can be made out of no way. Hang in there day by day things will get better even though it may seem like things will not change you could have been going though it for a minute. Do not lose hope, just when you least expect it things can turn around.
Life is a cycle of endings and beginnings. When something is taken away or ends it is making room for something new or a fresh new start. Look for the lesson in all things. Even the most heart felt disappointments can bring new beginnings.
Surrender the disappointments and frustrations
Surrender the disappointments and frustrations acknowledge your hurt and pain is valid however you have what it takes to be a concur and an accomplisher. You are stronger than you may even realize.
Your life and you are worth you over coming all that is thrown your way and find your happy.
You can start the journey by taking a moment to take some long deep breathes and slow down your thinking by telling yourself everything is working out for my good, a way will be made out of no way. This to shall pass. Say this over and over to yourself as many times as you need to throughout your day.
Take life one breath at a time breath in and out, focus on quitting your mind and just listen to your breath try to think about nothing.
Breath in the knowing life is for you
Breath in the knowing life is not meant to break you. Life is for you and everything is working out for your good. You are stronger than any challenge you are face with, just remember to take life one breath at a time know that a way is being made for you even if you do not see away. Know that for every disappointment is a lesson and every lesson brings a blessing a new begging.
When I find myself feeling down and out I remind my self I have survived all the obstacles that I have been forced to face. Than gives me some relief in knowing I will get though this too because I have a pretty good track record of survival.
A story of determination and inspiration
Let me tell you about my good friends story of determination and inspiration that encourages me.
A good friend of mine was in an unfortunate incident that left him paralyzed from the neck down. The doctors told him he would never walk again or have the use of his arms!
Even though my friend was given this divesting news that would make most crumble and give up. Being told using his arms and legs was not possible.
My friend decided he was not allowing this diagnosis to get him down or stop him. He also made up his mind that this was not going to be the end for him. He taped into his faith and with unwavering determination. He also said he wanted to keep his mind and thoughts positive.
He did not want to focus on the diagnosis he want to focus on the healing. He only wanted to have positive conversations and watch funny movies and comedy shows. Things that kept him laughing and in good sprits.
To make a long story not so long fast forward to today my friend is walking again unassisted and even using his arms! I believe this was possible because optimism and faith and belief in his healing helped him walk again.
Now this is my disclaimer the road to healing was not an easy one for my friend he did have years of therapy. I also understand not everyone’s situation and outcome is the same however I do believe if it was not for my friend’s optimism to give him that glimmer of hope. If he had just listen to the doctors he would not be walking again and traveling the world, his life would be very different
I say all that to say do not give up a lose hope. Here are a few things you can do to ignite the flam hope and optimism.
Acknowledge that your feelings are valid and it is ok to take a step back and take some long deep breaths. Try to focus on quoting your mind and just take a moment to be in the moment and breath.
The practice of meditation daily is helpful in aiding how we deal with what life shuffles our way. Even taking a walk in nature, excising or going out and looking up at the stars at night, Listening to music and dancing can help you get your mind off the problem or issues and focus on being the moment and the possibility that things will work out for you.
Remember endings lead to new beginnings practice mastering your peace through all of life’s challenges
There is a Japanese legend that say,
“If you feel like you are losing everything, remember, trees lose their leaves every year, yet they still stand tall and wait for better days to come.”
